Security : Password Reset (email logins only)

This is only available to DU Passport Administrators. If you are a DU Passport Administrator, you can reset your password by entering your e-mail address in the field provided below.

This option is only available for Administrators of DU Passport. If you are a DU student/faculty/staff and have trouble logging in to DU Passport through PioneerWeb, please contact University Technology Services Help Desk at 303.871.4700.

If you use your DU ID to login, you will not be able to reset your password in this manner. Please contact UTS at 303.871.4700.
