Office of International Education Staff
Stephanie Roberts serves as a Program Manager for the Office of International Education, where she worked as a Graduate Peer Advisor from 2010-2012, and joined as full-time staff in 2013. Stephanie has her B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Evansville and her M.A. in International Development with Concentrations in Humanitarian Assistance, Education, and Gender at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. She studied abroad twice as an undergrad--a semester in the United Kingdom, and a semester in Chile--and completed a 3 month internship in Nicaragua as a graduate student.
Stephanie has worked with non-profit organizations focused on a variety of intercultural and international topics--ranging from human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Somalia, to cross-cultural communications and engagement within multicultural communities in the U.S.
She was born in Brazil, where she spent her early childhood, and comes from a mixed U.S. and Bolivian family with deep ties to both countries. She has also traveled through parts of Western Europe, Latin America, Russia, Morocco, and Kyrgyzstan.
